Veeramachaneni 4 pillar diet is basically a low carbohydrate diet with high fat intake.

Even though the diet sounds simple, there are certain food items which have to be avoided at any cost. Even though there are very food items to be avoided, it is necessary to follow the diet.

Veeramachaneni 4 Pillar Diet Plan

Oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, butter, and ghee can be used throughout the diet, the only exception is the usage of sunflower oil.

Dairy items such as cheese and yogurt can be consumed in moderation. Our regular salt is barred instead sea salt is used throughout the diet.

Eggs can be consumed as boiled and as in various forms such as omelets and curries. A maximum of 6 eggs can be consumed in a day. Food items which are carbohydrate-rich such as rice, chapattis, etc.

If you are meat lover food items such as chicken, mutton can be consumed in a moderate amount i.e. 300gms. Fish such as prawns, salmon can be a great addition to the diet.

Junk food, food from hotels are strictly prohibited, also food items with added colors and preservatives are also not allowed.

Veeramachaneni diet chart for weight loss

Pillar 1

For the first 10 days, you SHOULD follow these rules

1.70-100 g of fat can be consumed

2.Fat is preferred in soups

3.No cheese at all

After 10 days you can reduce the fat in the diet i.e. 40-70g of fat. If there is a weakness due to the diet, you add 10g of fat to the diet.

Food items such as potatoes, yam, beans, raw banana, beetroot, beans, Chama, Pendala, Sweet potato, etc. tomatoes, carrot, and onions can be consumed one a day in curries or in salad form. Drumsticks leaves can be eaten on a regular basis.

Except for above-restricted veggies, all other veggies can be added to a soup and consumed as a healthy soup.

Paneer is high in protein and can be consumed with other veggies.0

Coconut water is also restricted. Milk is also restricted. Coffee, tea is to be consumed with sugar and milk, instead, drink green tea.

Also, as the best alternative consume bulletproof coffee. 

Buttermilk can be consumed with cumin powder. All the soft drinks and alcoholics drinks are prohibited in this diet.

Pillar 2

A person should take 3 lemons a day in any form such as in the food, or lemon water.

Salt should be avoided in any food.

The buttermilk can be made tasty by adding green chillies, ginger and garlic as the condiments in it.

Pillar 3

In every diet you follow, you should keep yourself hydrated all the time. Consumption of water should be 3-4 litres a day.

Pillar 4

Veeramacheneni diet

1.A multivitamin supplement is suggested with this diet.

2.Nuts

3.Almonds, pistachio, and walnuts can be consumed.

4.In addition to this, white sesame seeds and flax seeds can be fried in ghee and ground to a powder form and are consumed daily.

Guidelines to follow during this diet

No sweets at all. Sugar is prohibited.

Any type of drink is not allowed.

Salt is restricted.

Fruits are also restricted.

Carbohydrate-rich food such as rice and chapattis are a big no-no.

Tips To Remember

Don’t fill your stomach with the food items even if you are allowed.

Eat only when you hungry.

You can eat every 2-3 hours depending on your daily routine.
