- Strawberries – 2 cups of mixed berries cups
- Kale(stem removed) – 1/2 cup
- Greek yogurt – 4 Tablespoons
- Flaxseeds – 2 Tablespoons
Into a blender add berries, kale and flax seeds. After a round of blending add 4 tablespoons of greek yogurt. Finally, add honey to taste.
