Use a sunscreen with UVA and UVB protection. SPF is Sun Protecting Factor. It measures how well a sunscreen can protect skin from UVB radiation. Dermatologists recommend using sunscreen with SPF between 15-30 as higher SPF doesn’t give much protection.
