Starting your day with some kind of exercise can lead to positive thoughts and have the energy for the entire day. Exercise releases GABA hormone, a neurotransmitter which calms the brain and keeps you in control of impulses.

Not something store-bought or out of a carton. Make a smoothie bowl or a smoothie with fruits you like or even an egg on a toast. A simple healthy breakfast can kick-start your day on a right note. Not eating breakfast at all can spike your blood sugar levels and tend to be hungry in the later day.

Even before you actually start to work, declutter any papers, pins, coffee mugs (if any) from your work desk. Having a clear, neat desk space will give you positive feels and let you work freely.

No is a powerful word while there is a certain strong meaning behind it. If you are uncertain about a work which you can’t finish before deadline never takes that work and say that you may be able to finish it.

If you are uncertain, try getting a deadline extension. Saying “no” more will make you less stressful and more productive.
