1. Promotes hair growth

Due to the presence of several vitamins and minerals, the coconut milk is loaded with essentials ingredients which boost the hair follicles for growth and strength. Simply massage coconut milk into the scalp and leave it for 20-30 minutes and wash it off with a mild shampoo. Do this once a week for hair growth and also get a great texture to your hair.

Coconut milk by itself will serve the purpose of conditioning the hair. But if you suffer from dull and damaged hair due to constant hair coloring or using heating tools, using coconut milk with honey will deep condition your hair and leave you with soft and silky hair. Simple mix equals part of coconut milk and honey. Apply the mixture from roots till ends. Wash it off with a mild shampoo.

We have already learned that coconut milk can strengthen the hair and initiate hair growth. Take a mixture of coconut milk and water (1:2) and add camphor powder to this mixture. Apply on bald patches and leave it for a couple of hours. Wash it off with a mild shampoo.

If you are facing premature aging, mix equal amounts of coconut milk and amla oil. Mix well and apply on scalp and let it sit for an hour. Rinse with regular water and mild shampoo.
